Why am I seeing job seekers outside of my area?

When job seekers sign up on AlliedRecruit, we ask them if they are open to relocation, how far they are willing to travel and what their preferred location to work is.

If you candidate search location matches this job seeker's interests, we will include them in your results. When reaching out to a job seeker outside of your area, be sure to include your location in your invite. The job seeker can just decline your request if your location is not a fit for them.
